Prenatal Planning/Support

The Agape Prenatal Support is for anyone during their pre-birth days. 

 

This is for you if you want to:

  • Know your options 
    • Understand the changes through pregnancy, labor, and birth.
    • Know where to find good research to be able to make informed decisions best for you and bub.
    • Plan for your birth.
    • Plan for postpartum.
  • Be supported in the physical
    • Learn movement strategies to practice now to help you during labor (this can involve your partner or support person).
    • Simply bliss with a foot soak.
    • Food prep.
  • Know you are connected
    • Chat about everything and anything (let's be honest).
    • Be built up and encouraged.
  • The "extras" - (What makes you, you?)
    • Be supported in the quirky side of you (I'd love to know what brings out your spark for life!).

Pricing & Booking

 

The standard Prenatal Package starts at $1450, which includes an 8-hour package with unlimited email and text support during work hours, and 4 visits with a duration of 2 hours.

However, these can be designed by you (add or take away what you like) during a free 30-minute consultation call.

Visit duration hours are usually a minimum of 2 hours.

Postpartum Support

The Agape Postpartum Support is designed to be another set of hands and feet around your home, a mind to advocate, an ear to listen, and a heart to empathize.

 

What this involves:

  • Physical support - (What makes you physical?)
    • Rest and naps
    • Exercise and movement 
    • Nutrition  (food makes memories!) 
    • Wound, breast, and pelvic care 
    • Foot soak 
    • Care for bub
    • Education
  • Home care 
    • Tidying up and general house tasks
    • Meal prep
  • The inside you
    • Emotional build-up
    • Spiritual encouragement
    • The mental strength training 
  • The "extras" - (What does going the extra mile look like for you?)
    • That self-care?
    • The chai latte from your favorite cafe?
    • you name it... 

 

It would be my absolute privilege to work alongside and serve you and your family during this special time. 

 

Pricing & Booking

 

The standard Postpartum Package starts at $1950, which includes unlimited email and text support during work hours, a 12-hour package broken into a 1-hour Prenatal visit (optional but helpful for us to get comfortable in your home), and 4 visits that are 3 hours in duration postpartum.

However, these can be designed by you (add or take away what you like) during a free 30-minute consultation call.

Visit duration is usually a minimum of 3 hours per visit.

Virtual Support

The Agape Virtual Support is designed for anyone wanting a space that is open, honest, and free of pressuring expectations. You can bring all your 2 am thoughts and questions into a space where they are heard and understood.

I'm here as your tap in person. With virtual support of your preference, you will be heard, encouraged, and met wherever you are (prenatal or postpartum). 

Whether it's a place to brain dump or a place to gather insight, let's say hi!

 

Pricing & booking

 

The standard Virtual Support package starts at $750, which includes unlimited email and text support during work hours, and 5 online video calls with a 1-hour duration.

However, these can be designed by you (add or take away what you like) during a free 30-minute consultation call.

Call duration is usually a minimum of 1 hour per session.
